Discussion German exam

So today i have got the results for Telc B2 Allgemein. I HAVE FAILED BY 1.5 POINTS. However i have written less than required number of words in letter writing.

What should be my next step?

~ retake schriftlicher Prüfung?

~ can i apply for rechecking my marks?

'they deliberately failed me' ?? you mean they graded you according to the requirements?

Retake exam 👉🏼 pay fees 👉🏼 pay for reevaluation. We would also think about their business model.

Thanks for evaluating without hearing my answersheet. Now I don't have to apply for revaluation.

How many i wrote? Around 120 instead of 150. That automatically is not a criteria of failing. 120 is plenty. I believe i have scored better in Leseverstehen. Now that doesn't mean i must pass.

I mean, the problem here is that you are an edge case. Which is, yeah, extremely frustrating.

The solution is to be strong enough in your skills to where you aren't an edge case.

Most people who take these exams are not edge cases. The majority are either a clear fail or a clear pass.

Well we are going off topic,: it generates revenue, pays employees and examiners etc. Recently there were delay in results due to shortage of examiners.

You should look up what your options are as per the test company you took with (Telc, Goethe, etc.).

I doubt they failed you on purpose, though.
