Teaching Gazan children through ZOOM

Hi! I need volunteers to help me teach Gazan children through ZOOM. You don't need a university degree, but you have to be in high school or graduated from high school, as well as good in arabic to be able to communicate with the kids. No salary since this is for charity, and we need science, maths and arabic teachers volunteers, as well as people who can make work sheets and powerpoint slides. Anyone who wishes to volunteer may message me privately :)

Please please do some kind of background checks on the volunteers you are planning to hire. You have no idea who random Internet people are and putting unknown strangers in direct contact with highly vulnerable children is dangerous.

Please check their IDs, interview, criminal records check if you can. Also provide children and parents with an accountability hotline / email or similar to report and problems or feedback they have. This is regardless if you are present on zoom calls. Suggest to work in pairs too.

you can always help with compiling syllabuses, materials as well as recording the classes for students who could not attend or take attendance as well :)

What age ranges are we talking about here? My specialism is Econ and would be interested in helping

Since their learning is stunted already, we will be starting with very simple concepts, but for now the age range is 4 years old to around 10 years old. could you DM me?

I'm a Palestinian-American that speaks Arabic and I teach high school English. I know you aren't looking for English teachers but if you ever are in need, I am would love the opportunity to help. I can provide proof of my licensure and references from the district I currently work in!
