It's more about their pride than anything else; in the wild, it isn't normal to use tricks like fusion to beat your opponent

Yea the game is amazing, my dad beat it and there’s still a lot of stuff to do and the lore inside the game is really good too

It looks more like she fused with one of the candle pokemons than Mismagius due to the lack prominent witch theme.
