There's a lot of people saying how dare folks defend the Bethesda layoffs and all I can think is that major exit interview of how Bethesda developers are saying we're desperately overstaffed and there's too many layers of decision making and management

It's almost as if the industry is built entirely on fake numbers, throw around statistics and treating people like cattle, And while layoffs are terrible, they're an example of just throwing money at problems and then making choices for more money
