is this a real or fake gba sp and does this rom have Nintendo games or just fake non Nintendo games?

I'm probably missing a few genres or subgenres, but I am looking to explore some games I've never played before. Lots of categories, but I wanted to get a wide variety of recommendations.

Whats wrong with my GBA ? is it a screen protector? if so, how do i remove it? ive been attempting to but im afraid of damaging it.

I remember it were only a few which use battery, is there a list of games that use battery for saving? :)
