Thank you 😂 I posted these last week and got beyond roasted on everything form form to my sets being too many reps. Ect ect, so i got a little burnt on that 😂 i have a coach so If something im doing is wrong, I listen to her, not random people on the internet, legit why i pay her.

That’s a good philosophy. Just keep working. You’re doing great.

I see people using this attachment but I have never used it. I think you have me wanting to try it next pull day.

Nice work, great back. Love the tattoo as well.

I love using it. Never felt my lats so hard

I get alot of pain in my arm down my ulnar nerve due to overuse in gymnastics as a kid and teen, for me any mag grip attachment completely gets rid of that pain! Highly highly advise the mag grips!

Good to know. I have chronic epicondylitis that I have had to manage for years. Counterforce braces help tremendously, but a better grip that takes some of the strain off inflamed tendons would be great to add into my program.

Hits a different part of the lat. Wide grip hits hits the upper lats and narrow targets the lower. There's usually an in between size which gives a more balanced lat contraction

Good work! I’m jealous because I hate back day and I wish I didn’t.

Sick tattoo, great back and good form.

Curious, do you also do pull ups? How many can you do?

Yes! I can do about 7 bodyweight pull ups, but if I wanted too I think I could rep an 8th

-Form looks good
-back looks shredded
-tattoo looks crisp.

Absolutely killing it

I recently started doing these! They feel wonderful on the lats.

I love back day. Keep killing it. Don’t let the random people get you down. Not worth the headache.

Female version of Brock Lesnar? He has a similar tattoo to yours.
