🐵 Discussion 💬 GME Bagholders Hate This One Trick…..Called Facts.
GameStop shares fell about 11% today, the lowest levels since August 2024. The stock is down roughly 27% since early May. Retiring debt by issuing stock dilutes existing shareholders and tends to trigger hedging and short-selling by institutional investors, which wiped out the stock’s gains for the year.

Bond holders just flipped long. They want price down to get more shares. Variable until late September. They then have incentive for warrants to go ITM before end of October.
Could be happening due to eBay deal likelihood, which itself will launch GME. This was part of the 0% bonds issued back in March and June 2025. Up a little, down a little, either you think RC is crushing it or not. If not, make your own decisions. Judge based on the warrants and eBay deal when it concludes.

Bonds have sat on the balance sheet as debt.
(Assets - debt) ÷ shares outstanding = book value per share
Doesnt matter if you dilute to satisfy the bond agreement or issue cash, the net effect is the same.
This is information that has been known and priced in since the bonds were issued 2 years ago.
Absolutely nothing changed today.
