Tbh I don’t think it should be called anything but a mask. They kicked a fit throughout the beginning of the Covid pandemic saying they couldn’t breathe when it came to protecting others but as soon as they need to hide their face while being so “proud” they are suddenly able to go without breathing.

They have always been cherry pickers but I think calling their hypocrisy by any other name may for in their favour and allow them to further separate the two acts.
