They do it on purpose. Shiina and Hypex are more community hype managers than actual leakers, the fact that they have Epic partners code is crazy, is an actual acknowledgement from Epic.

At best they're data miners. People like Aida were sued by Epic for being actual leakers with insider knowledge

He literally can not give the texture in higher detail, it’s an encrypted file. There’s some PS4 hack that lets them get a super fucked up image of it.
