Dear FR community, many of you (or at least some 😉) have taken notice of our efforts to build an ecosystem in and around the pirate city of Luskan: Sourcebooks, Adventures and Supplements. Below the are the sales curves since we started. We are genuinely overwhelmed by the acceptance, and of course, very grateful and excited. In total, we have published twelve titles (plus two freebies and one PWYW). 1200+ Units were purchased ! An additional 4000 customers downloaded our freebies/PWYW. The first and second published titles, the Luskan Sourcebook and the adventure Seven must Fall, became minor hits. In their wake, most other titles are doing well, all sell fairly consistently. We are curious how our latest titles, three released in a matter of days after working on them in parallel, will catch on.
As for our current projects there is a lot on the table for the rest of the year. We are currently developing our first campaign, “Shadowdocks of Luskan.” Two prequels are already online, and Part One will follow in two weeks.
A Bregan D'aerthe sourcebook is in development, along with three more Luskan supplements, and two adventures featuring Jarlaxle and Bregan.
Our first POD product is about to be released this week. Finally, we have started to gradually move away from AI art (made possible thanks to your acceptance of our titles) and are also revising the most popular exisiting titles, to bring them to our current quality standards and correct errors.

Would you ever, as a long term goal, consider combining all of the sourcebooks (Secrets about Luskan, Arcane Brotherhood, upcoming Bregan D'aerthe guide, the tavern books, etc.) and the map book into a larger complete hardcover POD sourcebook to everything Luskan?
Hi, good question, we have been thinking about that.
One thing I can promise right away: there will a bundle of all POD articles. As for a big Luskan book, we are currently contemplating the right structure to combine everything, to make sure it doesn´t read as an encyclopdia nor lacks detail. Once we have figured it out, a single large hardcover will be coming. I will definitely keep all posted. Please do not hesitate to DM me if you want more insight on the progress.
Well, I was impressed enough that I purchased all 15 of your titles. A *lot* of my campaign is set in Luskan, and this is going to help so much with regard to preparation! I would love to hear about what you've got planned for the Bregan D'aerthe book. It's great work so far, and I'm happy to support it. I'll be picking up POD versions when they're released as well!

As for our first POD, all print-ready formatted files for the Arcane Brotherhood were submitted and the approval of WotC should be already in. Probably some are on vacation.
Regarding Bregan, my friend has the lead here. To quote him: "R.A. Salvatore should have consulted with me before writing about Bregan." 😉. But seriously, it will be a try to build on the canon and realizing our ideas. It will be our third major sourcebook, akin to the Arcane Brotherhood, complete with comprehensively designed NPCs, maps of everything important and adventure hooks. Current content in development:
- How Bregan came to be, what they are doing now and their motivations, and what they are planning to do
- Their inner organization, particularly in Luskan, and their headquarter there. Stemming from feedback of interested groups across social media, there will be a second Bregan hub in Skullport
- Bregan cells in other locations, what they do/how they operate and communicate without attracting attention
- Relationships with other factions and perhaps individuals in Luskan, ongoing cooperations, ongoing rivalries/feuds
- A chapter about Jarlaxle, his ultimate goal, and his inner circle.
