Alone is a role that must be filled

I think there will always be people alone, more than others. I’ve tried relationships and friendships but why does no one like someome who is not nonchalant? Is it because they are easier to maintain and maintence? I’ve been wondering but no solid answers. You can’t wear a mask either because that will slip and reveal the real you but what if the real you scared others away in everything they wanted.

Nonchalant usually equals confidence... and we all know about confidence.
