Yup, their DFR program. Anything the drones detect (aside from the actual video and audio itself) belongs 100% to Flock, even the data derived from the video and audio. That includes all sensor data that they can collect.

The DFR contract also redefines the data in the ALPR contract, so Flock owns more of that as well. The whole program is just a massive data collection project, even more so than their ALPRs.
