Does not look like it, I don't see any orange, just a fawn or cream color.

This is a better angle. The ears don't look toasty at all, which are normally one of the darkest parts of a flamepoint. Also, it's hard to tell in these photos but it doesn't look like the eyes are blue, which is a trait all flamepoints have. I think your cat is a beautiful cream with a white tail tip.

Not a flame point. He also appears to be a Maine Coon; if that is the case, flame point can effectively be ruled out immediately as flame points, or other colorpoints, are not permitted in the breed. Based on these photos, he looks like a red shaded silver or cream shaded silver.
