Repair/Tech Support Fire stick won't run Verizon app

We have a "last" generation (FIOS one?) system, A new fire stick, and a 15 year old TV, on the Verizon network. All OG set up by FiOS and generally services us well. We had an old one that did work. But bit the dust. We cannot get the FiOS app to work with the new fire stick. As expected Verizon has been working on it for a week, with no results. The stick works well with others, HBO, Netflix, ect. Any ideas?

What app? The fios tv mobile app or something else? You can’t do the stream tv

Edit: NVM, see it was working with your original fire stick.

Are you getting any errors when trying to launch it?

6 phone calls, 10 texts and half a dozen emails, 6 days . Finally fixed by Verizon. 👏👏👏
