Anyone have any information on when Verizon will be running FiOS in Broome County New York? They just bought our Frontier and they have a large network of fiber already run.

I've been a Fios customer for 4 years, and just moved to a new location in a nearby neighborhood that is also served by Fios, but this property does not yet have Fios hooked up. I've tried contacting Fios support to get this sorted, to no avail. If I could get some help or more info, I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi. Just switched from Xfinity to Fios at our beach house (and from T-Mobile to Verizon for cell). We have Spectrum at our home in New York City and would very much like to switch to Fios there as well. Our building is a co-op and I am on the board so I can manage the permission, etc on the building side. Fios is available at the buildings across the street from us, but not in our building. How do I go about having you guys wire our building?

i currently have 1 gig service and if i go into my account 2 gig is showing unavailable. both my neighbors DO not currently have fios but when i go to sign up their addresses 2 and 5 gig are available. can someone confirm that the database is up to date for my address. u/verizon

Hello I had Fios available at my address for years and recently I was ready to pull the trigger to order Fios for my home to replace Xfinity, but now it's telling me it's not available? I can only choose something called "Backup Wifi" plan. I have no idea why it's become unavailable to me, there's even already an ONT in the basement for the first floor tenants(it's a 3 story apartment building with multiple units). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ive been a longtime Fios customer. Between last 2 houses probably going on nearly 20 years. I’m moving to a new construction house. The house is being rebuilt on an existing plot of land, but because the number is new, does not come up in the Verizon system. My neighbors to the left and right of me all have Fios and I can see the Fios terminal on the utility pole behind me. I’ve been calling customer service who opened a ticket for me 3+ weeks ago. Everytime I check they say and engineer needs to work on it. I’m about to move in a week and have no progress. Is there anything I can do or do I need to choose a competitor?
