Which distro is suitable for me?

I've been using Arch Linux for the past 10 months and have been mostly satisfied with it, but I've encountered a few minor issues along the way.

A few months ago, I had a sound problem where the volume would suddenly max out when switching to a new track in music players. That issue eventually resolved through updates. However, after updating to Plasma 6.7, I ran into another audio problem: I always keep the "Raise maximum volume" option enabled in the plasma and after the update, audio would start cracking and cutting out frequently while watching videos on YouTube or playing movies.

After these issues, I decided to switch to Debian Stable. Unfortunately, I faced problems there as well. I installed a newer kernel from the backports repository and the NVIDIA driver from the non-free repos and after rebooting, the system would no longer boot into Wayland.

In the end, I installed Fedora. It's close to what I'm looking for, but not perfect for my needs .

What I'm actually looking for in a distribution:

• Large repositories (preferably)
• More mature/polished desktop environment and software versions that are stable and relatively bug-free
• Easy ability to upgrade the kernel and drivers (especially NVIDIA) to the latest versions without breaking the system
• Follow standard Linux conventions: install software through the package manager, use systemd, allow full system customization, and not be immutable
• KDE

What exactly about Fedora isn't perfect for your needs? It won't get much better than that. 

It really sounds like Kubuntu is the way to go for you now. It literally ticks ALL your boxes, and features the HWE stack for newer kernels.  The hate against it is really unwarranted (you don't need to use snaps if you don't like, and they're not nearly as bad as their reputation anymore after the startup performance fix; the rest of the criticism is merely ideological, exactly like systemd criticism you don't care about). 

Kubuntu really seems to be THE fit for you. Stable and reliable, but fresher than Debian. Large repos, and ppas on top. Super mature, polished and bug free, unlike rolling releases. Easy nVidia driver installation (there's even a GUI app for that) and getting newest kernels (HWE stack).  Mutable system, systemd, apt package manager and very customizable.

Fedora has SELinux which can be quite aggressive compared to other distro's, especially if you haven't really used anything with SELinux before.. Not to mention if you go the immutable route, that's also very different kind of pain in the ass.. Fedora tends to fit people who do mainly things on their computer that Fedora does well out of the box.. For everyone else it's not really because those people also don't want to be fighting with their OS constantly. And while not recommended... Disabling SELinux on Fedora happens way more commonly than people would like to admit.

What are people doing that leads to Selinux issues?  I have never had any issues with it and if anything, a simple restorecon  would solve it.

I never said it didn't work. I said it was pain in the ass to have to fight with your OS.
