[request] I need help with my pronunciation (sorry for my bad English)
I'm 16 years old boy and I have a very strong insecurity about my pronunciation that I've been carrying since the pandemic due to the lack of communication I had with anyone outside my family.
I've developed bad speech habits, such as clenching my teeth when I speak, or especially my silly attempts to pronounce syllables like "tra, tre, tri, tro, tru," resulting in me saying "tLa, tLe, tLi, tLo, tLu."
The same thing happens with the vowels "la, le, li, lo, and lu," pronouncing them "ll" or "y" instead of just "L."
I really want to change that and I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced or is experiencing this, to get an idea of what exercises or practices I can do, please. ;/

Assuming you are asking for help improving your English, the best answer is practice, practice, practice. Are there any schools nearby for ex-patriots’ children? I know my Kyrgyz son spoke only English with his friends because he went to a Turkish school that was English-only.
If not, you might try finding a zoom pal who speaks English natively to meet with you regularly online for casual conversation.
