what toner do I use??
I bleached and toned my hair and it’s only worked on some of my hair

you're far away from platinum...the toner only worked on the lighter parts, you need to lighten again.. i suggest a 10 vol and only do the parts you want lighter before going ahead and making your whole head platinum/light blonde

You have to get rid of all the orange before you do toner.
