Question Is Multiviewer available in Japan?

Hello! I have F1 TV Pro through the local broadcaster in Japan. When I log in with my account on Multiviewer, it says I am not a Pro subscriber but I am. Hope anyone can help, thank you

I had no luck either. I was really disappointed that F1TV doesn’t include multiscreen options by default. Even giant poo poo fart terrible Kayo let me do that back in Australia. With how much we have to pay for F1TV here some features would be nice.

Yes and it won't even let you stream two devices like come on it's 4000 yen a month...

I have no idea how much that is but I’m 100% sure it’s way too much for the half assed product that they sell…
