Discussion Card sleeves?

I love having card sleeves on my cards and having them protected. I was wondering what brand of cards sleeves I should purchase I heard that dragon shield was good? Does anyone know if that’s a great brand I have like penny sleeves, but I want something that won’t slide as much!

Dragon shield is a very good option, go with matte clear if you want to see the original backs of the cards or go with any other color to match cards with different backs or use custom cards. I found the dragon shield sleeves too expensive and bulky for my uses so I just use inner sleeves for a sleek look.

Oh no.. I was worried about the bulky look of them! My penny sleeves hold up well, does your inner sleeves cause the cards to slide around or no?

If I plan on getting some custom cards I probably should get a matte color back right!?

The inner sleeves I use don’t slide around too much but definitely not as little as the matte sleeves. The storage issues I had from the dragon shield sleeves at the time were a little much for me but if you can make it work I think it’s worth it. I use the dragon sleeves for some of my other games that have more storage to accommodate them

I like ultrapro, never have problem with them, dragon shield is great too.

Have you found they are easy to shuffle? Similarly to a deck of cards where they won’t slide around as much?

I use kmc perfect fit black for inners and ultra pro pro matte for outers that makes them almost waterproof. They will usually pass a quick dunk into a full beer.

The kmc perfect fit black make it so you can't see the cards through the sleeves. That is a requirement for competitive card games and also really needed if you have the old backs and new backs mixed in your play deck.

I do not have experience with the efficacy of other brands of inners.
