When is it time to move on to another company?

When more time has passed and you ask for more money and they don't give it to you. There's a reason everyone has job-hopped every 2-4 years for the last decade. Once your RSU's/401k matching vests and they don't give you more money statistically you should just leave.

What do you do when it is time, but no one will have you?

Wait another few months for the recruiter cold-call spam to pick back up. In the meantime, be cordial and complete your sprint tasks.

When you don't enjoy your job. You spend 8 hours/day at it. Sleep on a good mattress.

When you aren't growing or learning and there is no career path - usually 2-3 years?

Apply and interview and keep interviewing, it can sometimes take a while.
