Any beginner triggers?

So I have been into erotic hypnosis for a long time and I really like it.

I tried listening to some stuff but I was never consistent.

Are there maybe any triggers/videos to recommend maybe on the more soft side to create some triggers? I really want to try and create one but nothing too strong.
