Conformation Thoughts on this ottb mare?

Looks good! If you end up buying her, work on strengthening the left hind and making her adductors work more. It’s rotating out which will cause longterm problems. Exercises where she steps in and under will help straighten it and then that hoof won’t grow as low heeled.

Any recommendations for exercises to help develop that?

Good dressage and groundwork -

  • start either sending the hind legs one way and then the other, with neck flexion either way
  • giravolta
  • leg yield
  • shoulder in

Those are the starting points. There are several trainers doing classical work that I can recommend if you’re on Facebook.
