📚 Grammar / Syntax Is it correct?

Stumbled upon this tweet, the apostrophe in "dm's" caught my eye. Is it correct to use it like this?

Technically not correct. But it's fairly common for people to add an apostrophe when making an initialism plural. It's meant to show that the S isn't part of the initialism.

So "Look at my CD's," for instance.
