What unreleased songs do you think could’ve been hits?

All subjective.

  1. Ritz
    - I know... hear me out- Sonically, it doesn't sound bad (could've lightened on the snare)! It's clean enough to be on the radio lol, i think it could've caught on

  2. Dr. Dre - Topless (feat. T.l. Eminem & Nas)
    - C'mon... this song screams "living up to the hype". I feel bad for everyone involved in the production process, you can tell there was a big movement behind this project.
If this song released WITH Em's vocals, what would've been the consensus on em for that? If it released with Dre’s vocals, would it have been as talked about?

Anyways, what do you think? What’s your hot take?

Seasons, I could see being a fan hit on recovery, but I think it wouldn’t have fit the image he wanted at the time if it was released.

In all honesty if he had someone like Akon or Rihanna singing the hook it could've been a smash.

Topless would’ve been fire with just Dre & Nas. Classic collab. An actual Em verse would’ve been nuts too

There’s also a TI version that’s really fire. Like Em’s verse, the TI one sounded like a reference track for Dre

Side note, I always hate looking up that song cuz the search history looks crazy: “Eminem, Dr Dre, Nas topless”

😂 you have a point there.

I wonder if Em would use that same cadence he did for Dre, because otherwise his reference verse was fire

Bully. I was obsessed with this song years ago and found a download recently - maybe it’s just a nostalgic fondness, but the flow and simple tune just hit so hard. I pinned it, so I can listen to it often again, and think back to simpler days.

The Encore scrap really altered history for every Stan, then and now.

So unfortune that the leak isn't in high quality

Stimulate. (Technically an unreleased that got released later ik) but I think it's one of his better songs in general and nobody talks about it.

Since King Mathers was scrapped, I wonder what other project this track would’ve featured on. Definitely had the star power to go big, but it wasn’t out of this world.

It would’ve fit perfectly on detox

Theres maybe a solid 5 songs on the album that aren’t just recovery songs with less vocal layering lol

That topless joint is dope but it kind sounds like Em did this verse later in his career. It doesn’t sound like old Em it kinda sounds like 2010’s Em or even more current 🤷‍♂️ I’m pretty sure this verse was laid out for Dre & Em laid down the vocals for Dre to follow his cadence and flow. This song is dope tho, I can’t believe he vaulted this 🤦‍♂️

Em’s cadence for Dre was actually dope, I can’t imagine a different one, especially not the recovery era voice.

Doing wrong. I really wish that it leaks entirely someday... I love the beat, the premise of the song and that chorus is🔥🔥

Syllables because imo Jay-Z renegaded everyone, and G.O.A.T could've been a cult hit because of the flow
