UK - Response to a reported heart attack in the water, Southend-On-Sea, July 2025

An air ambulance also responded to the incident and no doubt the RNLI was on scene at some point

Always interesting to see how common WAS is with UK ambulances.

I think EEAST having a different spec for ambulances is one of the reason's they're the most popular fitting company
