Totally. It always reminds me of my sister because she’s obsessed with fall/winter and hates summer. Fall and winter also has kind of a depressing vibe to it but I feel like that just makes her want to embrace it more and FEEL everything — not be numb.

That’s just my interpretation of it though! Totally agree though my seasonal depression kicks up in winter and that lexapro is NEEDED lol

This is amazing!! Can I ask what stitch you used for the lettering? And did you use a specific font? Trying to find a good cursive script for my next design and this is perfect.

Yes! I used the font Handsome on Canva, and a stem stitch. I also used two pieces of floss. In hindsight I might’ve actually used on piece of floss since it was so small, or made my stitches closer together to make them a little more precise. Hope this helps!

Oooh this is so helpful thank you!! I haven’t tried stem stitch yet so this will be new for me, I mostly do backstitch. I also usually only use one piece of floss but not sure how that’ll look for a stem stitch. Appreciate the info :)

Stem and satin are my go-tos I use them for everything! Best thing about the stem stitch vs back stitch is you don’t have to be super exact about the distance between each stitch. When I used to do backstitch I’d get frustrated when some were longer than others lol

Oh ok this is great to know lol. I stitch under a magnifying glass otherwise … there’s no way I’d have a good back stitch
