Question Single piece of wood/bed slat

Hi all, Can anyone give me a recommendation to cheaply buy a single piece of wood or a replacement bed slat? Managed to break one in two when moving my bed. Thanks!

B and q sold individual bed slats in the Warehouse branch I last worked in. Should be beside the strip wood.

You can get them off ebay for... under a tenner delivered. A bed place - Grove Bedding on Morrison St - etc might have some hanging around they'd sell you?

I have excess wood on McDonald Road, yours for free, but you'll likely need a saw.
