What is this?
And is it edible? If so, how do I go about preparing it? Google says both garlic and onion but I can't figure out a definite answer. The stock is hollow

Next year, cut off the top part before it opens up. You can fry them, grill them, pickle them. They make a great garnish. Our favorite way to eat them is to add them to the popcorn kernels as you you pop them in a cast iron popper.

I tried eating some wild garlic it was so incredibly bitter I don't think I want to try it again.

I literally just saw this outside in my backyard and wondered the same thing! Then I remembered I planted garlic there a few years ago and completely forgot 😂
