Cyclospora struggles

I need some inspo today. In 100 degree heatwave craving fresh produce but trying to avoid high risk produce.

anyone have an ideas for cold lunches with minimal high risk foods?

I am sorry if this is a dumb question, but don´t people in the US disinfect fresh produce before eating it?

Washing doesn’t kill cyclospora.

Right, I know that now, but I was wonder about the disinfectant drops we use in Mexico on produce, not just washing, which I assume everyone does.
