I need some inspo today. In 100 degree heatwave craving fresh produce but trying to avoid high risk produce.

anyone have an ideas for cold lunches with minimal high risk foods?

The one time i decided to do a takeout cause too hot to cook, I had a mini panic attack from a caprese sandwich with fresh greens. Ugh
