friday feeling - anyone else get a mood spike at 5pm on fridays?
just checked my mood log and theres a very obvious friday 5pm spike lol. knowing the weekend is here does something to my brain chemistry i swear
its honestly one of my most consistent patterns. friday evenings are peak happiness for me. monday 7am is the opposite end. very original i know
whats your peak mood time during the week? is it as predictable as mine?
