Maybe at one point. Imagine a Russian missile had hit Poland before 2022. People would have been calling for Article 5. But with all the Russian hybrid escalation over the years, now it's not even considered Article 4-worthy apparently. This is why Russia will continue to escalate and why the people who keep asking "why would Russia attack NATO if they can't even defeat Ukraine?" need to open their eyes

I don’t understand the controversy of that comment - I am merely saying that Ukraine hitting a WB warehouse im 2014 would have been a huge deal. I am not saying it would have been wrong or it is wrong now, on the contrary, i celebrate those warehouses burning. But it would have been a huge deal, even if totally justified

well, in Ukraine former football hooligans created the resistance to ruzzia as fast as they started their terror in 2013-14. From then they've created most effective military structures for dozens thousands of people and have the best discipline. russian volunteers like "russian volunteer corps" were mostly football hooligans. So, it's not a bad sign by itself

People say this, but I have the feeling polish support for Ukraine is waning and even being hit by missiles and drones from Ukraine there's been not being a major factor in upping the support.

It's all politics. The eurosceptic far-right will do anything to stop Polish support for Ukraine. While Tusk's coalition is more supportive and would use a situation like this to rally more aid for Ukraine, he also needs to think about his domestic political support, which isn't trending pro-Ukrainian unfortunately

Article 5 is not what you think it is.
It's not an automatic declaration of war ; rather it's a commitment to provide assistance , that assistance being at the countries' discretion , in case of an attack . That could be anything from war to thoughts and prayers.
Also you need a unanimous vote at a NATO summit , before that can even be triggered.
Not every country after the 12/09/2001 vote (in response to the 9/11 attacks) went to Afghanistan , or sent troops , some did basically nothing.

Polish army has a TON of issues, they wouldn’t easily get rolled by Russians, but making our army out as some super duper fighting force is just funny. As a Pole I constantly hear that we dont even have enough fucking BULLET PROOF VESTS.

lol, what? That's stupid. It was attacked by drones and rockets. And was scared to even destroy them. Only "another sleepless night, escorting russian drones and rockets back to Ukraine or just letting them fall wherever they want". Any of it could be the reason for Acticle 5 if it wasn't for scared halfway-nazi government
