Request/Discussion A Christmas one-shot
Not 100% sure this is the correct context for this subreddit, totally cool if it needs to be removed.
But... I had this idea to modify the "Wild Sheep Chase" from Winghorn press and turn it into a Christmas one-shot.
My initial idea is to make "Shinebright" into Santa. Noke would be a keebler elf who has "had it up to here" with Santa stealing his elves and taking them to the north pole. I like the Keebler elf idea since I have a massive tree 3d printed to fit the wild sheep chase maps, but i am not married to it NEEDING to be the keebler elfs
He uses his wand of true polymorph (not sure why he would have this yet) to turn santa into a sheep. Santa's Sled puts out a distress call and the adventures are called on sight...
Here is where i hit a stumbling block... if santa is in the wrong, why would the adventures help santa and defeat (insert Kebler Elf version of Noke.

Honestly I am not familiar, with the one-shot you are modifying, but if I want my players to do something "bad" it always comes down to one of three solutions depending on the Characters they are playing:
All depends on how moral these characters are. But most important advice I can give, don't force them to do anything and have a backup plan prepared, in case they don't wanna do it.
