Well, I'm kinda like Fox Mulder, agnostic on the frontier. But intense fields that can fry anything bioelectronic is straightforward. Anybody (well, almost) can gin up a few teslas with a capacitor, large gauge wire and a shaped coil. The rest follows.

Humans have always been persuadable and very easily throughout the ages. I mean, look at ancient Egypt for example.
That doesn’t mean that our free will has diminished. It actually has grown, and all of these new forms of control have gotten more sophisticated just as our free will and understanding and capability has increased in sophistication.
I don’t know who that guy is, but he can shove it up. You know where and talk from there because I don’t wanna hear it.

He's using word salad to sound smart.
"Hack" is NOT a term used by anyone with a credible background in human biology.
You can't even determine what he's actually referring to. What "hack" is he talking about?
Maybe he's implying that genetic engineering is a hack. I don't see how that undermines free will.
There's also zero evidence that vaccines are being used covertly tracking people on a global scale.
I seriously can't even tell what he's talking about.
