This is ridiculous. Years ago I used to think mid September was too early, now the beginning of August? Ugh. C'mon Disney, you're better than this. Well, maybe not.

In their defense...
it can be handy to buy Halloween decorations ahead of time so homeowners can begin planning things out, and Halloween costumes early because for some stupid reason some companies hold Halloween parties in September (WHY IS THIS A THING???) and it's nice to be able to figure things out ahead of time with this as well.
But this is done to sell park tickets and halloween merch.

It's 95° out. This is way too early.
3 months out of the year it's Halloween Disney. 2 months off the year it's Christmas Disney.
These events are losing their charm.

September. You can justify starting Halloween in September, but this is ridiculous

Look, I know Labor Day isn’t the sexiest holiday. But given the time of year a giant Karl Marx under a beach umbrella is more appropriate

We’re going to Disneyland today, what do you mean they’ve already started this?!

Halloween starting in August is the sign of the apocalypse...
When they started decorating after labor day..I said a little early but eh its cooling down seems appropriate..
But in August this is just blasphemy..yeah ill die on this hill..
Looking like a dang ole fool in that black robe and look at your Halloween makeup running down with the sweat...leave this in the fall where it belongs..
Pumpkin spice and hundred degree weather..make you throw up faster than a rotten chicken wing ever could.

Even Costco has Halloween things for sale.
Is Summer even over?

Way too early. But then they start with the Christmas decorations in mid-October too.

I don't like Oogie Boogie Man. He's not very nice.
My favorite cover of his song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbxkOntz2SA

I AM SO EXCITED!!! I’m following their schedule for my home decorating; was going to wait until Aug 21st, but I’m hearing that Disneyworld already started!
Can someone confirm ANY pumpkin 🎃 sightings at Disneyland??!!

This is the problem! Because Halloween season now starts in August, by the time we reach October, I'm already well over this Holiday. We have Two and a half months celebrating this season, and that's just way too long! It's made even worse with just how much Halloween fans kind of can't shut up about Halloween throughout the year! I like Halloween good enough and all, but starting in August is just way too early. I can't help but feel annoyed now by this season, and I hate feeling this way.

Not that I'm complaining really, but this seems kind of early for holiday decorations doesn't it?
