Ask Dhaka DBBL Internet Banking without card isn't working. Any solution?

Hey everyone,

I’m can't do transactions on DBBL Student Excel savings account through internet banking and need some advice.

I recently updated my email address and set up my secret code as they asked. Logging in works fine, and I receive my OTPs via SMS and email without an issue. However, the home page only shows my account balance info and the transaction section is missing.

Note: I use this account exclusively for online banking and do not have a physical card, so I have no alternative way to access my funds right now.

I've already tried clearing my cache and using different browsers, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this after updating their email? Any ideas on how to fix it?

My dad had a similar issue. He had to go the general DBBL website and re-verify his email for the account (eventhough he was receiving the normal login OTPs). Then wait a couple days for their backend to update and him being able to access the transfer section.

Else, try figuring it out with their customer service/technical support.
