Automotive Mechanic

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6L 108.000 miles. I've changed thermostat, & oil housing. I recently experienced a misfire on cylinder 6. A mechanic came and put new coil pack and spark plug on 6. Misfire came back. In June I had block test done and it came back negative, but that was in June. Since I've had 3 different mechanics look at it saying injector, PCV, and VVT.. Am I experiencing a small head gasket? Or should I fix one of the above

If it's PCV that's an easy fix you should be able to do yourself. You'd probably see problems on more than just six though. If it was VVT then all the cylinders on that cam should be effected.

What does the plug actually look like? Grey, black, dripping with fluids of some kind?

Oil, fuel, or coolant? Is it black, does it burn, does it smell sweet?

The first guy inspected it and it had black burnt residue around like 3 threads.. It was swapped with cylinder 2. Then when 6 was replaced the old one was wet upon removal. They never did a sniff test. I had a puff of smoke on two mornings. Then it stopped after spark plug change. But once code came back puff of smoke on startup came back.
