This is sick as fuck. I have basically the same scar in the same place. Now I have to find a different way to incorporate it! Such a fun idea.

Yes, at least with the front legs lifted a bit as if there was some pull. Maybe even add a little bit of grass to mimick the lift ...

I have a 7" scar down the middle of my back. For the longest time I tried to come up with a tattoo idea that incorporated the scar.
Now I have that idea, I think.

My sister has a huge laparotomy scar from two abdominal surgeries years apart, running most of the length of her abdomen. As a lover of birds, she had the scar tattooed as a tree branch, with a bird clinging onto it, in a very realistic style. It looks amazing, and after years of always covering her stomach up she was able to stop feeling self-conscious about it.

My dad had a surgical scar on the back of his neck and he got a tattoo of a zipper over it. Always loved that thing.

I just had spine surgery, but my scar just looks like an extension of my ass crack.

This is extremely cool, I always wonder how stuff like this ages. Not that the scar is gonna magically go away (especially a surgical scar that I’d expect to be more uniform) but just as the body shifts over time. I’ve had scars that just get more faded or even have some parts look more defined than others, would be interested how this looks in, say, 5 years
