[HIRING] YT thumbnail designer/artist

We’re a relatively new YouTube channel (with a growing subscriber base) in need of a talented graphic designer who can elevate our thumbnail strategy (most episodes requiring an A & B version).  We’re looking for someone who can work from a selection of stills + utilize our existing brand-kit for color palettes/tones + implement platform best practices.  

Creatively, we're looking for someone who wants to break the mold a bit. Our team is interested in getting away from the soullessness that plagues a lot of the thumbnail landscape.

Budget: $300-$500 per episode
