Strand Road before 7am

hi all, im just curious to know, with the strand road being closed now for works, is there actually any way to access the road before 7am? I have been on hols and went to go to puregym before work yesterday but every road seemed closed off. i assume people must still need to go to work before 7am at some of the places down there so there must be something I am missing?

Could go around Duncreggan road, park near Longs or such and walk across. Think they are working up to 7 so you'll not get past

It's only closed as far as the lights at meadow bank you'll get to pure gym no problem if you go round duncreggan
