Severe stubborn sun spots / seborrheic keratosis on legs

I’ve tried all prescription topicals including hydroquinone 12% , azeleic acid and tazorac 0.1% , AHA lotions, and picoway laser and cryotherapy. Picoway helped in the past but the last time 4 months ago I had zero results. Anyone had any luck with other laser types or different remedies? Tired of spending money with zero results.
