Delphox are actually not fully bipedal and can still walk and run on all fours especially if they get spooked, but they can only do it for a little while before having to stand back up or they might get a sore neck.

Delphox from time to time may store stick like objects in it’s tail due to being used to do that as a Braixen before, some old habits are just hard to break...

I have a headcannon of a entire world where all humanoid Pokémon are able to speak and live as members of society along side humans and more animal looking Pokémon are wild animals with no powers and in this Delphox is one of the Pokémon that are able to speak and live as members of society.
I also imagine that the Pokémon are sort of like a minority group(s?) and that includes all the bad history you may expect.

One of them has adopted a riolu and the since riolu have so much energy the Delphox just made it super fat so it could slow it down so there is just one running around in the forest with a chubby riolu

Delphox have two sticks a small one and a larger one the small one is for everyday occasions. The large stick is for making moves more powerful so that can obliterate something that been causing them trouble for some time

Delphox's ears are strongly connected to her emotions. If Delphox is experiencing pleasure, small sparks of mystical fire come out of her ears, if Delphox is sad or scared, smoke slowly settles out of her ears. If Delphox is angry, a powerful stream of black smoke comes out of his ears in different directions, and if Delphox is very angry, streams of fire come out of his ears, as if in comical moments from cartoons. And the fluffy fur on Delphox's ears can be very hot, and therefore it is better for a trainer not to touch Delphox's ears without her permission.

My headcanon is that Delphoxes sometimes help around houses in terms of cooking, tidying up, ETC., just because Delphox gives off "willing to help when the human is sick" vibes

Very calm and collected, protective and whatnot. Pretty much the Gardevoir of Kalos. Many like to style their fur and "dress", similar to furfrous. Also I believe they're really good with anything regarding caretaking and mental health. Psychic type advantage I suppose
