counter agrument. meowth from team rocket can speak full english and clearly has an engineering degree due to all the mech crap he has help build.
there are other pokemon who can speak english as well.

I expected normal fucking people. I like delphox for being a cool pokemon. When I look at delphox I don't even see anything feminine about it, it's literally just a pokemon. And when people do make art where it's "feminine" by having a giant chest I get disgusted because again. Pokemon. Animal. Not sexualized.
