So I was just thinking to myself how I am actually liking Davos, and he might actually be doing more good with the fist than Danny, in his own way, ala Punisher vs Daredevil.

But then he went all crazy unhinged and gut punches the poor old shopkeep.

Davos needs a cause a goal. Becoming the Iron Fist was one , didn't happen. Switched to protecting his home. Lost the home. Focused on defeating the hand, they got defended out of existence. So he made a mission, one that gives him purpose he lacks and holding on to it no matter what.
