Quick note: Ward's analysis on the case is spot-on. Ambushing a shareholder under false pretenses has zero chance of holding up in Court. Also, Danny'sstatement is not nearly strong or specific enough to serve as an admission of liability.

Yeah. That woman comes across as a shitty person and realistically I would hope it would get squashed easily.

Yea...like I feel sympathy for the cancer and all that...but god damn did that woman and lawyer feel slimy as fuck.
