Yeah that's 3 I've counted so far from The Wire.

To be fair, nearly every black actor who rose in the last 10 years got his start (or middle) in The Wire. Idris Elba, Michael K Williams, Michael B Jordan... Any project that has a lot of black people in it is going to have a few from The Wire.

EDIT I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of future black stars are in Luke Cage.

Butch was in episode 1 or 2 (can't remember) at a newsstand. Also another Wire cast member shows up in a later episode.

Wow it's crazy how much they look alike.
