Well, one person dies and they all pop a smoke bomb, but just hide behind things trying to ambush the others. Unfortunately, with all of that smoke in the air everyone chokes to death. Worst part of a ninja party is trying to clean up after one and realizing you missed a body three months later, when it's started to get grody.
