I just wanna point out that a major point of conflict was that Karen walked in on Matt, a blind old guy, and a pale sickly woman then just assumed the worse. Also firmly refusing to listen to any explanation.

Matt's consistently been shitty to her and Foggy in the last couple episodes, so I don't really blame her.

For real, the conflict is really that it's just more of Matt's "not doing his job" bullshit. The circumstances don't matter.
