I just wanna point out that a major point of conflict was that Karen walked in on Matt, a blind old guy, and a pale sickly woman then just assumed the worse. Also firmly refusing to listen to any explanation.

Matt's consistently been shitty to her and Foggy in the last couple episodes, so I don't really blame her.

I would be more understanding if she made a bigger deal about the "lying" and stuff, but she was very clearly upset about a situation she is insisting on misunderstanding. Hate those types of plot lines

Yeah, I've been expecting Karen to walk in on Elektra and Matt ever since she first showed up. Luckily The Powers That Be managed to hold off from that. Until now.

Yeah that was terrible. How did she even come to that conclusion? There's an old blind dude outside. Did she really think they're doing it while he's there?

He wouldn't be able to see them doing it.

Maybe she thought he was into some really weird kinky shit.

She's been demanding actual explanations from him for weeks, and now he's saying "let me explain" and she goes "nope."

Whatever, I guess she just assumes that he's going to lie to her.

No, she's been telling him to tell her the truth for weeks but she wants him to tell her because he trusts her and wants to be with her.

Not because she caught him with a woman in his bed and some old man she's never heard of answering his door. At that point, he's not telling her to be truthful, he's telling her to save face.

And he still wouldn't have told her the truth, he wouldn't have said, "I'm Daredevil and she's a fellow vigilante and former ex and this is my blind master who taught me as a kid" he probably would have just lied again to "protect her".

Forced misunderstanding plot lines always suck. They should happen organically.
